Zakka-Ya is a gift shop located in the historic Seattle Japantown in the Chinatown-International District. Created by the owners of Shishido Creative, a Seattle-based creative duo, the shop features products centered around the owners’ Japanese and Filipinx heritages.
It is our honor to be able to share the work of local Seattle artists as well as creators from Japan and the Philippines. In this space, we also have cultivated a bit of a third place environment where neighborhood locals enjoy hanging out, and the community is invited to enjoy pop ups, workshops and free events throughout the month.
